FAQs

Q - Do you operate outside the Website?

Answer - We currently have 18 Stores Nationwide located in 6 Counties, Limerick, Dublin, Cork, Clare, Galway, Kerry.

Q- What's the minimum purchase?

Answer - There is no minimum purchase, you can check out with any purchase from one bottle upwards.

Q - How much is delivery?

Answer - We provide free deliveries for orders over €100 in value across Ireland. A delivery charge of €10 is applied to all orders under €100. 

Q - Do you provide gift Vouchers?

Answer - You can purchase Gift Vouchers on this Website which can be redeemed in any of our 18 Stores Nationwide. 

Q- Can I amend my order after I Purchase?

Answer - Yes, you can amend an order before it has been dispatched by emailing info@finewines.ie or by phone 061 417784 (Office hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm)

Q- Can I return my order?

Answer - You can return all or part of your order up to 14 days after you have received it, however you will be responsible for the safe return to us and all goods must be undamaged and in a re-sellable condition.  A refund as appropriate will be provided within 7 days of receipt by us.

Q- Can I include a personalised Gift message to my order?

Answer - For sure we'll happily include a Gift Card with a personalised message. Please fill out the message Box when entering your billing details and we'll take care of the rest. We also leave out the Invoice receipt so the recipient will not see the cost of the order.

Q- Can I set an exact delivery date and time?

Answer- Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific date and time for delivery. Once the Parcel is collected by Fastway Couriers, their normal service will provide next day delivery depending on seasonal and busy periods.
