Shipping policy

Delivery
Fine Wines offer a Nationwide delivery through ETA Distribution. Deliveries are generally made within 24 Hours; however, Delivery can take up to 3-4 Working days depending on busy Seasonal periods. Deliveries operate Monday to Friday during business hours 9am to 5pm and an Adult, 18 years or older must be present to take delivery and sign for it. No deliveries will made on weekends, and any orders placed after 12:30 Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. A tracking number confirmation will be sent via email once your Parcel label is created. If you are having any difficulties tracking your Parcel, please contact us at info@finewines.ie and we will track it for you. Goods must be ordered by and received by a person 18 years of age or older. Where any of our drivers are in doubt as to the age of the person receiving the goods, they reserve the right to request proof of age and / or retain the goods until they can be received by a person of or above the legal age to purchase alcohol.
You can cancel your order at any stage up to the point of dispatch at no charge. Please email info@finewines.ie. To help us assist you as quickly as possible please quote your order reference number.
Shipping Charges
We offer free delivery for all orders over €100 to any address, orders below €100 will incur a €10 delivery charge to the address.
Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
If you are not satisfied with the condition of your order upon delivery, please notify us as soon as possible at info@finewines.ie. If you notice any irregularities once you have signed for the delivery, you must contact us within 4 days by email at info@finewines.ie. Failure to notify us within 4 days may refute your rights to free return and refund. If you notice there is visible damage on delivery you should refuse delivery and request that the Courier returns it to us and we will replace it free of charge. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund into your account.
