Gape variety: 90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet franc.

Appearace: This wine has adeep purple hue.

Nose: Notes of dark berries, ripe red fruits, tobacco leaf and moist earth.

Palate: Medium to full bodied, rich and enveloping. Taste of ripe dark fruit such as blackberry, it balances polished, velvety tannins with a fresh ,focused acidity and a hint of vanilla on the finish.

Food Pairing: Because of its Merlot-dominant savoury profile, this fantastic wine pairs beautifully with hearty meat dishes such as beef, venison, roasted lamb or roast ham. It is ready to drink now, or can be held for a few years.
