Colour: A beautiful, pale straw-yellow with distinct, youthful greenish glints at the rim.

Nose: Highly expressive and beautifully perfumed. It opens with top notes of grapefruit, citrus blossom, and freshly cut green grass, flinty minerals and a hint of wild hazelnut.

Palate: Crisp, light, and wonderfully delicate. The attack is immediately tense and refreshing, showcasing flavours of white peach, green apples, and tart citrus. It rides a wave of bright acidity out to a clean, lingering mineral finish.
